These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cite.sh website and directory listing service (the "Service") operated by Elysium Technology FZ-LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a listing, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Cite.sh is a paid directory listing service. For a one-time fee of $29, we create a permanent listing for your website in our AI Citation Directory. The listing includes a dofollow backlink, JSON-LD schema markup, and optimization for AI crawler discoverability.
A $249 bundle is also available through BacklinkRocket, which includes listings across 12 directory and tool sites in the BacklinkRocket network.
Listing Guidelines
We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that:
- Promotes illegal activities or content
- Contains adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
- Contains malware, phishing, or other harmful content
- Violates the intellectual property rights of others
- Is a parked domain, redirect-only page, or non-functional website
We review all submissions before publishing. If your submission is rejected, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Terms
- Single Listing: $29 one-time payment via Stripe. No recurring charges, no subscription
- 12-Site Bundle: $249 one-time payment via BacklinkRocket. Includes listings across all network properties
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details
Refund Policy
- Full refund if we are unable to publish your listing (e.g., your submission is rejected under our listing guidelines)
- 7-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment for any reason. After the refund is processed, your listing will be removed
- After 7 days, refunds are not available as the listing and backlink have been published

Listing Updates
You may request updates to your listing at any time at no additional cost. This includes changes to your site description, category, URL, or other listing details. Send update requests to contact@elysiumtech.xyz.
No Guarantees
Cite.sh is a directory listing service. We do not guarantee:
- That your website will be cited by any specific AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or others)
- Any specific ranking improvement in search engines or AI responses
- Any specific amount of traffic, leads, or conversions from your listing
- That AI crawlers will index your listing within any specific timeframe
We optimize our directory for AI discoverability, but citation decisions are made independently by each AI platform. We have no control over how or whether AI models choose to cite listed sites.
Intellectual Property
Your listing on Cite.sh remains part of our directory. You retain full ownership of your website and all content on it. By submitting a listing, you grant us permission to display your site name, URL, description, and logo/favicon on our directory.
All Cite.sh website content, design, and code are the property of Elysium Technology FZ-LLC. The listings link to websites owned and operated by their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elysium Technology FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your listing ($29 or the applicable bundle price).
Availability
We strive to keep Cite.sh available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the directory.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via email.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
